Privacy Policy
joinfor.me is a product of Pattern AI Labs, a brand operated by Nexbillion Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you use joinfor.me, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account: your name and email. If you sign up with email, a scrambled (scrypt-hashed) copy of your password, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the name and email they share with us.
Calendar (read-only): when you link Google Calendar or Outlook, we read your events for the next 7 days and keep only those with a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link: title, start and end time, meeting link and the number of attendees. We store the access tokens needed to keep this up to date. We never change or create calendar events.
Meetings your agent joins: what is said while your agent is in the call (the transcript), meeting chat messages, who joined, and the notes made afterwards (summary, decisions, action items, the things you promised).
Your agent's setup: its name and picture, how it joins (take notes, with you, or instead of you), your join rules, anything you or your own AI agent tell it to say, and an optional web address where we send your notes.
Keys: the API keys you create for your AI agents, stored only as a one-way hash, and when each was last used.
Security records: failed sign-in attempts (email and IP address), kept for 15 minutes to stop password guessing.
Payments: if you upgrade, Stripe handles your card. We only keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids and your plan.
2. How we use it
- To send your agent into the meetings you choose or that match your rules, and to have it say what you asked.
- To answer questions in the meeting when you use "with you" (companion) mode, from the brief you or your agent gave it.
- To write your meeting notes and send them to you, and to your own AI agent if you set that up.
- To keep your account secure, count your monthly minutes and run billing.
Your agent always joins under its own name, says it is an AI and that the meeting is being transcribed, and anyone in the call can ask it to leave.
3. Who helps us run joinfor.me
- AgentCall joins the call for your agent, provides the transcript and the voice (Sun) that speaks and answers.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes the meeting notes from the transcript.
- Google and Microsoft for sign-in and calendar access you approve.
- Turso stores the database; Vercel hosts the app.
- Stripe handles payments; Resend sends notes emails, if enabled.
- The AI agent you connect (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse, OpenClaw or Hermes) sees what joinfor.me returns to it, under that agent's own terms.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your meetings to train AI models.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account, meetings and notes until you delete them. You can delete your whole account at any time from the Agent page ("Delete my account"): it removes your account, agent, rules, calendar link, keys, meetings, transcripts and notes right away.
5. Your choices
- Unlink your calendar by revoking joinfor.me in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
- Revoke any API key on the Connect page.
- Pull your agent out of any meeting, and choose per meeting whether it joins.
- Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it at hello@joinfor.me.
6. Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. Passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes. No system is perfect; tell us at hello@joinfor.me if you find a problem.
8. Children
joinfor.me is not for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email for important changes.
