You must be at least 18 years of age to use joinfor.me. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use joinfor.me, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Acceptable Use

- Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
5. Meeting Consent & Recording Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of joinfor.me complies with all applicable laws regarding meeting recording, consent, and data privacy in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording a conversation. joinfor.me is a tool — you are responsible for how you use it.
6. Subscription & Payments
joinfor.me offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
Usage beyond your plan's minute allocation may result in service limitations until your next billing cycle or an upgrade.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, trademarks, and technology comprising joinfor.me are owned by Nexbillion Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you provide (messages, meeting context). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
8. AI-Generated Content
joinfor.me uses artificial intelligence to participate in meetings, generate summaries, and respond to questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review all summaries, action items, and agent responses. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
9. Privacy
Your use of joinfor.me is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. joinfor.me may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexbillion Labs Pvt Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of joinfor.me, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
